Job Description
To drive an integrated workforce experience; providing strategic learning insights and governance for the Youth Development & Employment function in South Africa using an in-depth understanding of the full value chain; collaborating with business stakeholders on raising Standard Bank SA’s profile and reputation amongst the youth as the source of support, education and assistance to the progression of Africa’s Young Talent. Provide advisory support to the rest of the countries as required.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum NQF7 degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science/ Business.
Experience required
10 years or more experience in Learning, with evidence of exposure to
leading teams, at least 5 years’ people management experience.
Experience in crafting of the Youth Development and Employment strategy.
Extensive experience and understanding of Graduate recruitment and Learnerships.
Track record of partnering with key tertiary institutions, industry
bodies, local government structures, associations and youth vendors in
order to have access to the right talent.
Experience within a multinational company working with senior management teams in a complex environment.
Demonstrated experience of successfully implementing integrated,
effective People & Culture solutions, specifically in Learning in
support of business specific objectives & driving for a sustainable
performance in the businesses.
