Working within our ambitious marketing team you will execute strategy across website, PPC, Paid Social, email, SEO and CRO.

About the role.

iCare24 Group is a recruitment group specialising in healthcare sector, offering permanent and temporary placements. We work with clients across different areas throughout UK and we supply to NHS as well as private sector.

Working with the Head of Marketing, you will drive the online agenda building our brand presence, generating lead strategies, devising digital campaigns, and managing those campaigns through to delivery.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing including online advertising, website, email campaigns and ultimately and online lead generation.

You will be able to evidence a solid track record of creating and delivering tangible leads and conversions through well designed and executed digital communications (Website, Email, PPC, SEO, CRO, Paid Social, Affiliate partnerships etc.).

As our resident Digital and Web expert, you will use data, optimisation tools, departmental relationships, and industry know-how to create, test, and implement continual improvements to the website and digital channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital channels

  • Create and implement digital marketing plans to support the achievement of our objectives in gaining and retaining market share
  • Coordinate activity to drive traffic, maximise engagement and generate leads from various online channels including email marketing, SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social activities.
  • Utilise paid social media to help build brand awareness and engagement in the market
  • Develop and optimise the digital mix of channels and partners to deliver against the campaign plans
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Identify conversion points and optimise marketing funnels.
  • Take the lead on day-to-day digital analytics (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Keyword analysis, Facebook Business Manager, Hotjar, MOZ etc.)
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on digital marketing performance and key campaigns as required
  • Develop a performance view of digital channel effectiveness to inform the marketing program accordingly
  • Deliver improvements to the sites to drive significant business growth and drive forward conversion rate optimisation.
  • Build new and engaging digitally focused content and optimise existing content to improve rankings to maximise website capability. Increase organic rankings and traffic through site improvements and link building.
  • Monitoring results, analysing key website metrics, and providing recommendations and strategies for continued improvement.
  • Managing website development projects. Develop and manage digital developer / agency briefs and workflows.
  • Devise, develop and implement our email strategy, looking at segmentation, clustering, and optimisation to enhance user experience and to increase open rates and conversions.
  • Responsible for reporting and analysing performance of email campaigns, implementing improvements and provide recommendations for future activity to increase brand visibility and awareness.

Analytics and testing

Web

  • Daily management of the website, with a focus on content strategy, user experience, navigation, and the customer journey. Creating content, troubleshooting, resolving issues, building, and amending pages.

Email

  • Devise, develop and implement our email strategy, looking at segmentation, clustering, and optimisation to enhance user experience and to increase open rates and conversions.
  • Responsible for reporting and analysing performance of email campaigns, implementing improvements and provide recommendations for future activity to increase brand visibility and awareness.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 3 years + spent in the past 5 years in a similar role
  • 2 years + experience of managing digital and lead generation campaigns from planning to execution.
  • 2 years + experience running paid ads, including but not limited to Facebook and Google AdWords.
  • Experience of inbound marketing, managing leads & running campaigns to increase engagement
  • Expert user of Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing of digital advertising including Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ads), PPC, Display.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, Google keyword analysis and planning.
  • Experience in managing website SEO and CRO and using SEO tools e.g., SEM Rush, MOZ etc.
  • Experience using website CMS (e.g., Storybook, Sitefinity, Umbraco, Square Space, Wix etc.)
  • Knowledge of Hotjar and website behavioural analytics tools
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database and email campaigns to achieve marketing objectives. Experience using email platform tools like Mailchimp, Mandril, Campaign Monitor etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience managing campaign budget spend, evaluating results and making recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment where working on multiple projects simultaneously is a norm.
  • Comfortable with “rolling up sleeves” to get a job done. We are scaling, so sometimes we have to play more roles than we would in a larger corporate.
  • Experience managing website development projects.

Desirable

  • Degree in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or related field.
  • Google Ad and Google Analytics certifications
  • Creative, planning and project management experience.
  • Managing projects with multiple workstreams and across multiple channels.
  • Agency management experience (campaign/design/development briefing and performance measurement against contract).
  • Experience using LinkedIn campaign manager, Display ads & Mobile campaigns.
  • Experience of marketing automation platforms – HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing cloud.
  • Experience with creative applications such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience within recruitment industry
