Being masterful at building (client) trust, you will assist and work closely with your internal teammates such as Service Desk Team Leaders and different Service heads to help deliver great results to clients. Your ability to foreshadow, “hold safe” and manage all clients’ expectations is your superpower. Your job is to create safety for our business by ensuring delivery to clients and mitigate any roadblocks they might face along the way. Delivery of results is what counts, and by meeting these expectations of clients you create consistency & predictability.

Customer Success Manager Job Vacancy at Content+Cloud

Requirements

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering customer success excellence for clients – however, where you would focus; and what sets you apart from the others is your years of experience on the frontline delighting clients. You are hell-bent on performing to the best Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) always. It’s how you ensure the excellence of delivery, consistently.

These must-have attributes will guarantee you a great start!

  • 2-4 years relevant experience, with a clear demonstration of experience in owning and driving client relationships and analysing performance of clients.
  • You have a demonstrated basic understanding of commercial processes, with experience in identifying and helping realise upsell and/or renewal opportunities with clients
  • You will be able to quickly become an expert on Mirus products and services and enable your clients achieve success – the customer is at the heart of everything we do and you will be an embodiment of this at Mirus.
  • You have comprehensive written and verbal communication skills, and you can motivate, persuade, and inspire others, both internally and externally
  • You are confident working across multiple simultaneous projects, and you provide effective project and risk management, as you will be working across numerous client accounts
