-Job Details:

*Answering calls, taking messages & handling correspondences.
*Maintaining Diaries & arranging appointment.
*Typing and preparing reports.
*Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
*Coordinating mail – shots and similar publicity tasks.
*Acting as receptionist and /or meeting and greetings clients.
*Prepare and send bills & invoices.
*Managing telephone calls; supplying and getting data directly talking to a suitable person.
*Process daily sales report.
*Flexible to perform any other duties as you may be assigned by a responsible person.


*Smart, neat and well presentable.
*Familiarity with office organization.
*Excellence written and verbal communication skills.
*Fluent in English and Swahili.
