It is likely that our ideal candidate will have a good experience working in compliance for a recruitment agency specialising in UK focused healthcare recruitment. the successful person may have already worked at managerial level or is working a level under that with no real opportunity for progression.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the compliance team are operating to the latest regulations, within framework guidelines and internal policies
- Monitor team efficiency and improve continuously
- Identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Take ownership for the teams candidate clearance accuracy, SLA’s and general performance markers
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate

Requirements
- Proven experience as compliance officer or senior compliance team member
- Knowledge of UK healthcare recruitment standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in motivating and managing a team
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement
- High proficiency with MS Office products including excel, word and outlook
