Job Summary

To sell Bookkeeper an Inventory, Accounting & Sales Software directly to small-and-medium sized businesses in Tanzania.

Job Description

  • Understand the market in which the company operates and how the product is used within that market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to demonstrate and clearly differentiate the product from the competition by focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition through product demos.
  • Perform door to door sales prospecting to identify new client opportunities
  • Call clients to follow up on payments and receipts.
  • Enter and update customer information in the Sales trackers
  • Produce daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports.
  • Provide support training and support to current clients of Bookkeeper.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
  • Be prepared to undertake any other duties within the role as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in selling software or accounting packages in Tanzania.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in door to door sales.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity (Microsoft Office, CRM) and web presentation tools Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Projects a positive, professional image
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
